Death Benefits...

Though we wish it never occurred, death is a real risk for members of the fire service. Facing that reality, Disabled Firefighters Fund wants to make sure that the families of fallen firefighters need not worry about money in their time of loss.

Just as disability benefits can take weeks or months, so can death benefits for the survivors of a firefighter who has perished. To alleviate this burden Disabled Firefighters Fund has established a Death Benefit to assist these families in their darkest hour.

Our hope is to allow them at least one less concern in this tragic time.
