Our Nations Bravest

Firefighting, as we all know, is one of this nations most hazardous occupations in terms of death and injury. On average over 100,000* firefighters are injured or killed annually in the United States.

Disabled Firefighters Fund is dedicated to lending a helping hand to those brave individuals in their time of need. Just as they have served to lend aid and comfort, there are times when these men and women need our support as well.

The programs of Disabled Firefighters Fund are designed to do just that.

With the support of kind and generous donors, Disabled Firefighters Fund hopes to always meet the most fundamental needs of the disabled firefighter and lend assistance to the families of those firefighters who have perished in the line of duty.
